Who We Are
After dedicating 34 years to public service with the federal government, Laura is now pursuing her lifelong passion—caring for animals. Reliable, compassionate, and full of energy, Laura brings a warm and trustworthy presence to every home she visits.
As the heart behind Sunny's Dog Walking and more..., Laura brings hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and horses. She offers more than just pet care—she offers peace of mind. Whether it's a daily dog walk or caring for a small farm while you're away, Laura treats every animal as if they were her own, providing love, kindness, and attentive care.
At home, Laura shares life with her husband, their daughter, and two beloved rescue dogs who are happily spoiled every day.

Laura took fantastic care of my 12-year-old German Sheperd, three cats and seven chickens while I was out of town for five days. It was such a relief knowing my pets could stay in the comfort of their own home instead of being sent to a kennel. Laura kept me updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave me peace of mind. She even went above and beyond by rounding up a couple of adventurous chickens that had escaped the coop!
